Fields who also serves as the Founder, CEO and Chief Cheerleader, Racing Toward Diversity magazine will take on the additional role of Executive Director, HBCU Business Dean Roundtable responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationship with corporations, non-profits and governmental agencies, social media, sponsorship development and content delivery among other duties.

In addition Fields also works as an adjunct professor teaching Entrepreneurial Sales and Marketing at Chicago State University, Chicago, Illinois as well as a visiting lecturer at Notre Dame University, South Bend, Indiana School of Science - course - Diversity, Culture and religion.  Jackson is currently on the board of directors of HiTekPos, Raleigh, North Carolina and the advisory board of United Athletes Foundation, Atlanta, Georgia

Fields was recently recognized by Diversity Best Practices as one of the Top Diversity Thought Leaders on Twitter.

Fields has a BA in Economics and BA in Philosophy from Allegheny College, Meadville, Pennsylvania.  Fields earned his MBA from Northern Illinois University, Dekalb, Illinois. Fields and his wife Cheryl have three children - Mrs Chelsea Cross, Fields III and Austin.
