Objective:

Establish a social media platform, engagement and tracking mechanism for the Diversity Panel Discussion - Employment, Jobs, Internships and early entry career opportunities.

The HBCU Business Dean Roundtable  http://hbcubusinessdeans.net - which represent 70 colleges and university is in it's 14th year of operation. 

 

The purpose of the organization is to provide a forum for Deans of HBCU Business Schools to address opportunities and challenges associated with enhancing business programs and initiatives. The organization also seeks to strengthen and develop strategic partnerships and alliances with corporations, government, and national organizations to provide the essential tools and resources for student success.

2)  Promote the College Diversity Job Board (powered by YourMembership and Racing Toward Diversity http://goo.gl/gvptka 

3)  Via social media we are asking our panelist and participating companies to post a minimum of three (3) social media posts, and or photos with the #HBCUDean hashtag

This will create + 2 million branding opportunities for our sponsoring companies - where we plan to further promote on the HBCU Dean Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn sites and ask all member institutions push this #hashtag out to student, faculty and community partners
