Professor Jackson holds a MBA from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL, and a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Allegheny College, Meadville, PA. 

Professor Fields L. Jackson, Jr., has been teaching Entrepreneurial Sales, and Marketing  Management in the College of Business at Chicago State University since 2012.  

Professor Jackson is also the Founder and CEO of Racing Toward Diversity Magazine, Cary, NC. Jackson is currently on the board of directors of  HiTekPos, Raleigh, NC (www.hi-tekpos.com) and the advisory board of United Athletes Foundation, Atlanta, Ga.
